All transactions on rx88 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are subject to the limits and processing timeframes stated in Section 6.
All promotional bonuses carry wagering requirements. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable turnover obligation has been fully met. Misuse of promotions will result in forfeiture and potential account closure.
Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be terminated and balances forfeited. Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal above the stated threshold.
rx88's total liability to any single player in any calendar month shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the same month. We are not liable for losses arising from network failure, force majeure, or user error.

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that online betting is not explicitly prohibited for you personally under the laws of your country, province, or region of residence. Each natural person may maintain only one (1) active Account on the Platform at any time. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent suspension of all related Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

Withdrawals above Rp 5.000.000 per transaction will be held pending successful KYC completion. Failure to submit requested documents within 14 calendar days of the request may result in Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. rx88 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any Wager placed using your Account credentials — whether by you or by a third party — will be treated as having been made by you and is binding.
All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to IDR at the Platform's prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. rx88 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.
rx88 accepts deposits via the following channels for Indonesian players:
Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000. Maximum single deposit: Rp 50.000.000. Deposits are credited to the Account Balance within 60 seconds of confirmed receipt under normal operating conditions.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit unless that channel does not support withdrawals, in which case the Player must provide an alternative verified channel in the same name. Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 100.000.000 (subject to account tier and KYC status).
Standard withdrawal processing time is under three (3) minutes for verified Accounts using local bank transfer during WIB business hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside these hours may be queued and processed at the next available window.
rx88 is not liable for deposit or withdrawal failures caused by the Player's own bank or e-wallet provider, including but not limited to transaction blocks imposed by BCA, BRI, BNI, or other Indonesian financial institutions on gambling-related transactions. In such cases, the Player should contact their own financial institution and, if needed, use an alternative deposit channel.
All bonus offers issued by rx88 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that offer only.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any portion of those funds may be converted to withdrawable Balance. For example, a Bonus Fund allocation of Rp 100.000 requires cumulative qualifying Wagers of at least Rp 2.000.000 before withdrawal eligibility is established.

The following are explicitly excluded from wagering contribution unless stated otherwise: live dealer baccarat side bets, virtual sports markets, and any Wager placed at odds below 1.50.
rx88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus allocation and void related winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player has:
Bonus Funds that remain unplayed or whose wagering requirements have not been met within 30 calendar days of issuance will automatically expire and be removed from the Account Balance without compensation, unless a different expiry period is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
All sportsbook Wagers are governed by rx88's Sport-Specific Rules, which are published separately on the Platform and incorporated by reference into this Agreement. In cases of ambiguity, the Platform's interpretation of its own Sport-Specific Rules shall be final and binding.
rx88 offers markets on BRI Liga 1 (including Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, Bali United, and other clubs), the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup qualifying, the AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and Timnas Indonesia (Garuda) internationals, among other competitions. Market availability is subject to change without prior notice.
Live in-play Wagers are accepted at the Platform's discretion. Odds displayed during live events are updated in real time and may change between the moment a Wager is submitted and the moment it is confirmed. If the odds change materially before confirmation, the Player will be notified and may accept or decline the revised odds. rx88 is not liable for losses arising from real-time odds movements during the submission process.
All casino games, including slots and live dealer tables provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, are governed by their respective game rules as published by the studio and accessible within each game interface. rx88 does not modify game logic, RNG algorithms, or RTP configurations from those certified by the relevant studio's licensing authority.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on the Platform operate on officially published draw results from recognized source pools. In the event of a disputed draw result, rx88's reference to the official published result from the original source pool shall be conclusive. Bets placed after a draw result has been published — due to user time zone settings or display caching — are void.
A Wager may be declared void at rx88's discretion in the following circumstances:
Void Wagers are refunded at the original stake amount to the Player's Account Balance.

Violation of this Section will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities where legally required.

No Player acquires any ownership right, license to reproduce, or right to distribute any Platform content by virtue of holding an Account or placing Wagers.
Players may not use the rx88 brand name, logo, or any Platform content in any external publication, social media post, or marketing material without prior written consent from rx88's authorized representatives.
rx88 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and available at https://rx88.cam/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.
rx88 may share Player data with third-party KYC verification providers, payment processors (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja), fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities where lawfully required. Player data is processed solely for the purposes of operating the Platform, complying with legal obligations, and improving service quality.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rx88's total aggregate liability to any single Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rx88 shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable:
rx88 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally practicable. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice. No compensation is payable for Platform downtime unless rx88, at its sole discretion, elects to issue a goodwill gesture.
A Player may close their Account at any time by submitting a written closure request via live chat or to the support email address. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining withdrawable Balance will be paid out to the Player's verified payment method within 7 business days of confirmed closure, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
rx88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed by rx88 for reasons other than Player fault, any verified withdrawable Balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently verified payment method.
An Account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. A dormant Account fee of Rp 50.000 per month will be deducted from the Account Balance until the Balance reaches zero or the Player logs in and reactivates the Account. Players will be notified via email before dormancy fees begin.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rx88 holds its international operating license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules.
Players who are residents of Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to regulatory restrictions under Indonesian law and that they access the Platform at their own legal risk and responsibility. rx88 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in any specific Indonesian province or municipality beyond general access.
Nothing in this clause prevents rx88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm arising from breach of these Terms.
rx88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, rx88 will notify active Players via the email address registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 calendar days before the amended terms take effect.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they must close their Account prior to the effective date in accordance with Section 12.1.
The version of the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time a Wager is placed governs that specific Wager, regardless of subsequent amendments.
